Exago Announces New Client Support Web Portal

In our continuing effort to provide our clients with the finest ad hoc reporting solution available, we've launched the Exago Support Center. The Support Center addresses our user community's support requirements from both an end-user and technology perspective.

"To provide a complete ad hoc reporting solution requires more than the continuous enhancement of eWebReports in terms of new functionality. In addition, it requires providing clients with knowledge about new and planned enhancements, the ability to communicate effectively with the Exago support team and with each other, and a mechanism for downloading the appropriate version of the software," stated Mike Brody, Exago's CEO.
