Exago, Inc. is headed by Mike Brody and Stew Meyers, both experienced application software executives.
Mike Brody is President and CEO of Exago Inc. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Computershare's World Records Group. His successful product repositioning lead to a staff increase of 6 to 26 members and revenue increase of 250%. Prior to Computershare, Mike served as CEO of CMS/Transcentive, where he pioneered the development of the industry's first equity compensation application. (Through significant outside investments, CMS became known as Transcentive in 2000, which was then acquired by Computershare Ltd. in 2004.) Mike has also served as CEO for Infinite Color and Imaging, a full service digital photo lab specializing in producing museum quality digital images for government, museums and corporations.
Mike has maintained his leadership position through active involvement with major industry associations. He has presented at the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), and the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals (the former American Society of Corporate Secretaries – ASCS). As a founding member of the Coalition for American Equity compensation, Mike served on the Board of Directors of the Global Equity Organization (GEO). He also serves on the World Records Advisory Board and has recently been appointed to the Global Shares Advisory Board. Prior to founding CMS/Transcentive, he was a co-founder of Stockholder Systems, Inc., a leading provider of stock record-keeping systems.
Stew Meyers is Executive Vice President of Exago Inc. and lead architect and developer of eWebReports. From 1985 through 2000, he was lead developer for CMS (Corporate Management Solutions) and later VP of Development when CMS became known as Transcentive. After that he spent several years consulting for Citigroup and Computershare. During these years, primarily based on client frustrations with 'off the shelf' report writers, Stew recognized a need for better end-user reporting than was available. Armed with this knowledge, he created several sophisticated, but easy to use, report writers to work with the company's applications. The culmination of his years of experience has resulted in the creation of today's eWebReports.
Stew attended City College of NY and Western Connecticut State University. His other interests include music, photography, and a love of discovering how things work.
